STEP 01

A student stands outside and captures the location

GPS anchors the house to within metres. The student adds the name, house number and manager — the details that make it identifiable to the next person.

STEP 02

The next student confirms it independently

Standing at the same house, they see the details and a photo, and verify it matches — or flag it if something is wrong. Each confirmation adds to the trust score.

STEP 03

The owner verifies their own listing

Owner Verified means safdwel has actually been in touch with the home owner — not a form, a relationship. Students see plainly when a listing hasn't reached that bar yet.

STEP 04

Booking opens once we know the home owner

A house takes bookings only after safdwel has met its home owner and checked their ID. Then students reserve, pay and get receipts, and the owner runs the house from their panel.
